Back to house hunting

So, the bank has had our offer for 2 weeks. We put down 3 weeks to decide in our contract. Steve and I have decided to walk away from our offer if the bank still hasn't decided if they want to accept it or decline it. We (and our relator) believe the bank is waiting for better offers to come in so they can pick and choose from the bunch. Since we feel a slight time crunch, we are going to keep looking if we don't hear by next Friday. We can let the bank keep thinking about it but we have decided that if God wants us to have this house we bid on, then it will happen in the time frame that was given. The house was a "short sale" and can actually take up to 6 months for everything to happen that we need to. SO, we have emailed our relator with other houses we would like to walk through either this week or next week. If our offer is accepted before then, we'll let you guys know! :)

We are excited for Eli's "Parent/Child Dedication" tomorrow evening at 6pm! Can't wait to share our hopes and dreams for Eli with our church body (especially it being Father's day tomorrow).

Well, I'm heading to bed. So much going on in our lives lately; I need all the rest I can get!
